Makai Brewing hits the sweet spot—cool beer, cool people, and a vibe that just feels right. Brendan and Kat hold it down behind the bar, super friendly and easygoing. Corey’s the brewer and you can tell he knows what he’s doing with every sip—and doing something special with those Hawaiian-inspired names (try saying Humuhumunukunukuapua’a after a couple—it’s a trip).

Decent beer and fun location! Everyone was enjoying the free games and brews with all the rain from the storm. Only thing to knock them on is this is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the beer is just not cold. I had a flight and every one was cool not cold, same as last time. The beers didn’t even sit long as I got them as soon as they were prepared and consumed them as soon as I got to the table. Other than that cool spot

-Bartender was patient and had great suggestions
-Brewer was funny and personable
-The beer was really good, I'm not gonna try to spell what I had lol it's was the NEIPA and the DIPA
-I wish they were open a bit later but I understand that there's not a lot of foot traffic in the area
-Would definitely recommend 👍🏼
