The hours say they close at 7 but dont even enter after 6:30 me and my lady came in and nobody even said hello we were just immediately told that they were closed. Just wanted a scoop of ice cream if you cant get that done in 30 min then you're in the wrong industry. Also there was already a couple sitting down before we entered. The lady was just rude and obviously unwelcoming cuz she didn't want to do her job, and i was ready to tip well. But now they just wont get my business anymore. Advice to all business owners, dont list your hours of business if you're going to close whenever the employees feel like they are done working for the day. SIMPLE. IF YOU SAY YOUR OPEN UNTIL 7 STAY OPEN UNTIL 7.

The best place in Old Fort to get ice cream and a better alternative than McDonalds to get a hamburger.Parking: Some parking spots are reserved for the FamilyCare business.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the door with handles.
While we were in Old Fort Black Bearys was recommended for lunch and they did not disappoint. This is a little hometown style diner. Staff was friendly, cafe was clean and the food was good and fairly priced. We got bacon swiss burger with onion rings and chopped steak with okra and mashed potatoes. Burger was a bit dry/overcooked but on a yummy brioche bun. Chopped steak was delicious as well. Staff was friendly but could've been a little more attentive... We had to get our own drink refills since waitress never offered or was around when we needed it.

We stopped in Old Fort this past Saturday during a scout camp weekend. There were six of us hungry hikers and we were greeted with a smile. The menu that was exactly what we were looking for. We all got a burger basket and everyone in our group agreed the food and service were excellent. Can't do much better than that!
