The dining room needs a good cleaning........ The dining room, counter where the drink machine, lids, and condiments are, it needs to be updated. It's rather old / dated. The main door is broken also. Taco condiments, they are always so sticky from burst packs.***The employees were very nice!***

Aaliyah was so sweet! Not only did she provide the friendliest service, but you can tell she cares. Waited on the food to get ready and she came out politely and apologized. It’s hard to come by workers in fast food that do their job well, provide excellent customer service, and leaving a last impression. 12/10 would recommend this location a thousand times. Y’all did right by hiring her and whomever cooked and prepared our food. Thank you SO much!

Love KFC but the service is very slow and on the taco side if you order a burrito you might get meat on it or might not it depends on what day it is and the tacos the sour cream will be on one end they just can't seem to spread it out and the drive through don't even get me started on that most times it's slow and the rest of the time it's extremely slow... always check your order before you leave this place!

They were out of sweet tea and Mountain Dew, okay no problem. But, then when I open my 3 piece box I noticed the biscuit looked weird. It was literally a pillsbury type biscuit, wth!? The cole slaw tasted weird and so did the Pepsi. The mashed potatoes were okay and so was the Mac and cheese but next time I want KFC I’ll be going to the Butner location cause Oxford location is nasty! I do not recommend, seriously don’t waste your money here!!
Waited forty minutes for our food because they didn't have chicken available at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The wait was supposed to be 16 minutes. No apologies, no semblance of customer service at all. Then we still didn't have everything. I try not to give reviews like this, because I've done food/customer service and customers can be horrible, but they didn't even speak when they shoved our food at us.

Very disappointing, got there at 9 o'clock,Waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes, then was informed that the chicken was thrown away and did not have enough To make a 12 peice they close at 10

All I'm going to say is there was a cockroach big enough to hitch a ride on in the lobby floor so I'm just not going back to this KFC / Taco Bell ever.
