Ordered 4 piece chicken strip french fries and Cole slaw. Chicken strips cooked too hard, french fries cold and so was the biscuit. Gave 2 stars for the cold slaw. Customer service was blah, guess she had a long rough day.
Great service! The food is hot and fresh!
Everything was fine!!!

The KFC restaurant could use some updates, as the dining room and main door are in need of renovation. While the employees are generally friendly and provide good service, the food preparation and presentation could use improvement, with issues like inconsistent taco toppings and slow drive-through service. Despite these challenges, the restaurant is still a popular choice, with customers appreciating the overall dining experience.
