If I could leave 0, I would. I went here to get a 3 piece. And a sweet tea. When I got ready to drink my tea. It smelled pretty bad, so I removed the top. And it was obvious that someone had urina... in my tea. There was no reason to do this. All I did was order food. I will never eat here again. And this place is needs to find out who it was at around 2:20 to 2:30 pm on May 19th 2026 that done such a thing and fire them. There almost nothing more disrespectful than that. That you can do to someone. I believe it was done out of racism or hatred.

Traveling here for my job and stopped in this location and my food was not hot, yet I was charged for jelly, BBQ sauce, upcharged 60 each piece of white meat, and 40 for the mango lemonade. NEVER AGAIN! They should give me my money back.

Worst Popeyes ever. The rice wasn’t fully cooked in the Red Beans and Rice. Staff was friendly, but it was unorganized.
Customer service is terrible . Me and my mom visit this Popeyes in Granville county traveling thru… my mom was so upset the guy on the SPEAKER needs more training! And soooooo RUDE!

I came on placed my order, I say and waited for 10 minutes and the staff appeared clueless and did not give me my food that I paid for. Finally someone asked me what my order was and packed it so I could leave. There appeared to be a manager type milling about that did zero - kinda the way it always goes at this location - at least the food is good but he staff is always totally clueless and take forever to do anything
