You can tell they take great pride in their food and the whole experience. We got there at 8, had breakfast at 9:30, enjoyed a free beer at 11, ate lunch at about 12:15. It was a great time with friends and some of the best food I've ever had.

Best smoke house. Worth the drive and wait.
Stopped by the food truck in CLT, and man it was the best bbq I’ve ever had! Friendly staff! One of them gave me a Gatorade even! Can’t wait to try it again.
