Brought the lawn chairs, some reading material, coffee, and the dog. We arrived at 9:30 AM to hop in a line the already extended around the building. 5 hours later (yes you read this correctly), we had what is without a doubt the most tender and flavorful beef brisket( sold by weight). What a find! Only open Saturday and until they run out of food. Lucky for us, it was a rainy day and our wait in line was only 2 hours It was with the wait! Texas-style brisket was some of the best I've had. We sampled the queso sausage and pulled pork as well as a slew of sides. Just try it all!!

10/10 by far! They have a cult following and there is a strong reason why. I've only had the food truck and am hoping to get out to Peachland asap for the true authentic experience. Best brisket I've had in Charlotte by far, the turkey was moist and delicious and you can never go wrong with their sides.
