“We ordered Brisket, Ribs, Turkey and Burnt Ends and the carver told us that their burger was the specialty item that we absolutely should not overlook, so we ordered it too. The burger alone is worth our 3 hour drive from Wilmington! By far, this is the best brisket I have tasted in NC. Ranks up there with Franklin’s and Goldee’s in TX. Super friendly and helpful staff.“
