Waffle House has received mixed reviews from customers. Some diners appreciated the attentive service after initial concerns, enjoying the great food and expressing a willingness to return. However, others criticized the staff, noting a lack of engagement from the waitress and describing the door greeter as unhelpful. Issues with food accuracy, such as incorrect eggs and cold hash browns, were also mentioned. Despite the nice interaction with the cook, the overall service experience left some customers wanting more.
