“Tried this for the first time last night after a friend told us about it. It’s in a very unassuming part of another building but was never open at the hours we happened to be there. The hand-tossed pizza is by far, the best around. And he doesn’t skip on quality ingredients. It reheats great, too! The daylilies in the picture weren’t included. 😜”

We thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to try some other dishes, I rarely get impressed but her “gravy” sauce we had with the ravioli was very good… we had to take dessert to go because we were full so looking forward to that but give this place a chance it was def worth it will be better with a glass of wine or cold beer but that’s coming can’t wait to try again…..”

“Plenty of hot food options. Best durn tater wedges around! Prices are fair and the owner (I assume she's the owner) is always pleasant to deal with with a big smile. "Would you like something to eat? ?" The gas station itself also has a few good options for drinks, snacks, etc.”

“You will not leave here hungry!! Large portions and huge burgers. One of the best Reubens you'll ever put in your mouth!! Great fries and onion rings also. Has daily plate specials from Country Style Steak, Hamburger Steak, Soups and many others that change daily and weekly. Been a customer for 38 years!. Kenny is a hoot!!”

Well, today, after having to go buy a new refrigerator (ughhhh!), we were driving like Miss Daisy and I YELLED in my poor unsuspecting husband's ear, "WORKSHOP TAVERN!!!!! OMG! LET'S GO!" And, go we did. Y'all, seriously, do not sleep on this place. Andy was super welcoming and helpful and the food is freaking phenomenal! My husband got the Ahi Tuna Tacos and I got the Greek plate - and one to go for us to share for dinner tonight. It is THAT. DANG. GOOD. Thanks for the awesome food and hospitality, new friends! “Today was my first time eating here & I was very impressed!! I ordered lunch & had it delivered via DoorDash. First of all, I have never had take out food so beautifully plated/packaged. They provided plenty of sauces, the portions were pretty big (had plenty leftover for dinner) & everything was so fresh. I got the Walking Taquitos & an individual taco with carne asada, cilantro, & onions. It was delicious!! I can’t wait to try more things on their menu!!”

“I had lunch today at Chapman’s. They had a risotto special and I decided to take a walk on the wild side, instead of ordering my go to. It was so good! It had shrimp, spinach,and a few other things in it. The portion was huge. It was definitely a win! I hope they will serve it again sometime. He server was great and very pleasant.Thanks Chapmans!”
