Food was ok; took 10 minutes to get seated and another 10 to get orders taken. Server who sat us could have cared less about her job but the male server who took care of us tried his best to serve us quickly and get the orders correct. Like most places they seem understaffed.
Nasty rep never repeated the order .. I asked to verify the breakdown & I told him that he got something wrong … so he immediately got an attitude, put me on hold with LOUD blaring music for 6 minutes , never Checked back in… so I called again to at least see what’s going on and the call center REFUSED to let me speak to a superior at THEIR location & wanted to shift the blame & the call to the Pineville location when my issue was with the PREVIOUS REP!On top of that I have...read full review

This is the 2nd Applebees this week we’ve tried to go to (we have gift cards to use). Both locations were understaffed and unable to seat and serve our group. Wasted time and gas. Poor staff having to work in this type of environment. Lost sales, customers who will not return.
