“Have not been to Cinnabon/Auntie Ann’s since I moved to N.C. from MD. Was super excited when I stumbled across them today. Lucas was extremely helpful and his customer service was on fire! If you are in need of some sweets definitely stop by the Sharon Road location in Charlotte.“

“I had never tried a soda like this, and I’m officially hooked!! The service was amazing! They walked us through the menu and helped us pick some delicious drinks. We also picked some cookies, my husband couldn’t even wait until we got home to eat them! They were so soft and yummy! I can’t wait to come back and try new sodas!“

My husband went in there yesterday and came out with the best pretzels I've had from ANY PPF location ever! You guys rock!! “The staff during the day are the BEST!! Ask for SiSi because you just KNOW the product will be fresh and all of the product available. If she doesn't have it ready, then she'll get it to you as quick as possible. The lines can get long during the weekends and you will likely have to wait but they all work as fast as possible. Remember that if you EVER don't like your product, bring it back to the manager on duty and they'll replace it and make it right. I was here earlier this year and it was a completely different vibe and leadership team. All new staff and you can really see the difference. If you didn't like coming here before like these other reviews, give it another try.“
