Sheila is wonderful, makes incredible Indian food in a British pub (it works) and great local beer to choose from.
Visited as a tourist and a single woman. The bar is female owned, from England. Safe, clean, and very friendly.
Riverside Bar is a unique restaurant serving a fusion of Indian and American pub food. The eclectic clientele adds to the unusual atmosphere. The food is good, with Indian dishes being a highlight. The service can be hit-or-miss, but the staff is friendly. Be sure to try the curry fries. The outdoor seating area provides a pleasant escape from the noisy bar. Despite some inconsistencies, Riverside Bar is worth a visit, although note that they are no longer open for lunch.
