“Excellent sushi! As a former restaurant inspector, I was always very impressed with how the staff at Sora handled their fish and this restaurant is one of the very few I order sushi from. The owners are extremely conscientious in maintaining food of excellent quality. Han is the main sushi chef and is always creating delicious combinations and special rolls. My husband loves both the beef and chicken basil. We've been dining here for almost 10 years and have always had excellent meals at Sora. We highly recommend it.“
