The service at this location’s drive thru was very fast the last time I was there. I can’t remember receiving my food that quickly at any other drive thru restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was very impressive how quickly I was able to order dinner for the family and be on my way with the food. Also, the supremes, biscuits, and fries were very hot and fresh. I recommend this location for fast friendly service and great food!

This place is 2 miles from our house. I eat here atleast once a week for the past 2 years. I don't know what changed but the last 6 months has gotten out of hand. The food order is never correct. I should atleast get what I'm paying for. 90% off the time I sit there and check the order and it's never correct. If you're in a hurry and don't check your food. Goodluck. Big difference between grilled and fried, plain and blt.

Came in to order to dark meat take out. Was told there wasn't any ready and it would be 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and was told it would be 10 more minutes. Left without any chicken, and drove to Siler City for better chicken at Bestfood Cafeteria. Won't waste my time going to this location again.

UPDATE: Really going downhill. I ordered a mashed potatoes and gravy. Then ordered a 2-piece with dirty rice and cole slaw, and a sweet tea.
At the window she was talking to me through a tiny crack in the window. I couldn’t hear anything, of course. Opened to take my credit card then passed it back with no receipt. I asked for a receipt, but she wasn’t listening and the window closed. Waited a while and got the drink, a bag, and a box.
I checked, and no potatoes and gravy. I waited until they came back around and opened the window. Said the potatoes and gravy order was missing. Required my card again to charge me more.
Handed back the card again with no receipt. Asked again for a receipt.
“We don’t have receipts.”
“You don’t have receipts?”
“No. if we had receipts I would have given you one.”
“No wonder it’s hard to get the orders right.”
“Order better.” Window slammed.

Actually closes at nine, including the drive thru, at least when I tried to drive up it was closed.
