Love this Dunkin restaurant , the people there are great! It’s hard to find genuine people, but that’s what you get when you go to this location on Ramseur Rd in Pittsboro. If your in the area and want great customer service ( and great coffee) then stop by you won’t regret the experience… 😁

As the store manager here, it truly amazes me that so many happy customers come everyday and yet they majority of those who actually do reviews are negative. Come talk to me, I will always try my best to fix the problem. Please remember we are people just like the rest of you and not robots. When everyone comes around the same time and we have tons of online mobile orders, pickup orders, in store orders, kiosk and drive thru all at once there will be a wait time. If you place an order online from the parking lot and immediately pull up to the window, we probably haven't even received your order yet, give us some time to get the orders and to make them. I understand stand the food business but every single time I try to give this place another shot it's just beyond help.... You need to get better management because the current management seems to be lacking the skills to keep a business running with appropriate amount of product today I placed an order and 30 minutes go by and then I get told that they are out of the doughnuts I ordered at 3pm in the afternoon and you don't close until 8pm that is obsured to not have a national required doughnut in stock.... You guys really need to step this store up

the employees in the drive-thru NEED to slow down. i handed the employee my card and told her i was using the app. couldn’t use the app because she already charged me.
the way they answer the speaker sounds like they just woke up and got out of bed. it not welcoming at all and it makes you want to cancel your order and leave.

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. Every time I come to this Dunkin, the employees are extremely ignorant. I like Dunkin but I will no longer be coming to this location.
I was on vacation and passing through when I stopped to get a.drink..I was immediately greeted with smiles which made me feel comfortable. I have social anxiety, so any type of public setting im very anxious. I felt super comfortable and the service was incredibly fast I had a mango refresher and it was perfect. This a established is definitely a 5 stars and well done to all the employees there. Thank you for the warm experience.

Love this Dunkin’! The staff are always so friendly and kind. Even during the morning rush they take a moment to get me a pup cup when I bring my dog, which I really appreciate. Mornings can be crazy busy, so I usually order ahead on the app and it makes things super easy. Always a great experience here!

This is by far the worst DD that I have ever been too. The food is fine, but the service is the worst. 4 times now they have been only available for online orders or in store. It completely defeats the point of a drive thru. I use the drive thru because of my pup, I can take him inside, and in NC it is really hot, so I can't leave him in the car without AC. So this DD gets an F for customer service.
