I ordered a thin crust. When I got home I found that they had given me a regular crust and it was not fully cooked.
Waited an hour for our pizza to be delivered then I was notified it was running behind, then it was just canceled leaving us with nothing. What a waste! They ran behind and then closed!

I've ordered here a couple times now and the pizza and salad are really great! Staff has always been very friendly and will continue to pick up a week night pizza dinner here! Thank you!

I like the people I like the food I just don't like the corporation charging $6 for delivery and none of that goes to the delivery driver who deserves so I always delivery fee and the tip is an extra $10 so the only time I'm going to be ordering
from them is on Tuesday where they have the 50% off again I like the place I like the people I just don't like the corporate fee that they take from the driver and that's one of the reasons why my ordering went from when I wanted it to just when they have the specials... Got the photo with wants me to give a photo and I don't have any photos of the food so I just posted a goofy picture of me... Again good people just don't like the delivery fee and because of that I'm not going to order as much unless it's on Tuesday Tuesdays are buy one get one free best deals I recommend for those specialty pizza lovers is the white sauce pizza with the feta... Guaranteed to please any specialty pizza lover I want to do with two types of olives and I was a hero my wife thought I was awesome and I was very considerate so yeah Tuesdays white feta Pizza for a happy marriage

Order was ready @ 5:30 doordash picked up more than 3 orders and took more than a hour to deliver. Dasher Debra was Oblivious and useless. Will never order from Marcos again, and will avoid doordash/Debra in pittsboro

Ordered delivery at 5:50. It’s 9:15 and the pizza still hasn’t been delivered. Multiple calls to the location have gone unanswered (technically they did answer —but immediately hang up on you. I should have read the reviews before ordering and I would have known to go elsewhere.

Ordered delivery tonight at 5:50 and pizza still isn’t here at 9pm. No one answers the phone when you call. I guess I’ll just dispute the charge with my credit card as I am guessing no one is going to help in store if they won’t even answer the phone. 🤷🏻♀️
I worked for the Marcos Pizza location in Chapel Hill years ago, my brother in the Pittsboro location, and I used to love the food and the atmosphere. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. Yesterday, I stopped by with my husband to introduce him to one of my favorite pizza places from my time there. We ordered and paid for extra garlic butter, which I was really looking forward to, especially being 5 months pregnant.
To our disappointment, when we got home (we live in Goldsboro, quite a drive), we realized the garlic butter was missing from our order. When we called back to inform the manager on duty, she seemed confused and didn't understand why we were calling back over something we had paid for. This lack of concern was disheartening.
Today, my mom tried to place an order for pick-up and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Frustrated, she ended up going elsewhere for lunch. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, this level of service is simply unacceptable. We still love the food, but the decline in customer service makes us hesitant to return. What a shame.

They failed to deliver an order. The manager Peter said my food was ready but there was no delivery driver available because according to Peter the driver was out delivering an order that came in after mine. I was quoted 30min delivery time with an online order but had to cancel the order after no food delivered in over 1.5hrs. Peter claimed there was a 'glitch' in their system and some nonsense about a screen failure but my gut feel is they don't care about their customers. We're not able to trust this Russet Run Marco's Pizza with food now.

It’s been 2.5 hours since I placed an order and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. I have called multiple times and every time promised a time that isn’t fulfilled. The last time I called, the staff hung up on me…absolutely disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Their pizza is not even that good. Never coming back.Update: 3 hours later I called and they said they don’t have my order and have no idea about it. This has to be the worst experience. No one at the store was capable enough to deal with this situation or find my order. They offered the owner to call me back in 3 days…seriously? No thanks. You’ve just lost a good customer.
I have ordered the same pizza twice from this restaurant, a large thin crust Italian sausage and both times it has been wrong. I have asked twice for it to be cut into triangles and not squares. The second time I checked before leaving the store and it was in squares. I left the pizza there and told them to take it off the bill. It is a simple request that they have done before.
