They let they employees talk to customers any type of way in will defend them the owner excuse is because they been with them forever explain why it’s ok to treat others with lack of respect there they business not need I will not buy nothing else from there the owner she’s weird no way u allow a paying customer be treated like that idc what issues have came up respect goes long way my order always messed up they light skin girl mean to customer because owner allow it she let do what they want I rather not spend my money there I been n pittsboro all my life all these restaurants have kind folks but here when I heard they was coming I was happy now I regret I continue showing love to the location in Durham where respect goes a long way there terrible here

The food is so good and the service was so friendly to me. The place is in nice shape and so clean. The atmosphere inside is enjoyable.

I just moved east, this was my first time tying Zaxbys. Extremely mid food. Edible but no flavor. Some of the most bland food I've had since being in NC. Literally, any other chicken place is better than this. Pass, I will never come back.
