Kackalax is a great bar in a quiet little community of Pleasant Garden. The place has a big deck outside, a covered deck out back, fire, and a back deck where friends can hangout. Live music, shows, karaoke on Thursday, and great music create a wonderful atmosphere. The bar is LGBTQ+ friendly, everyone welcome, and the staff and owner are very friendly and kind. Bartenders are awesome, always on point, and introduce themselves with a welcome handshake. The on‑site grill, owned by a third party, aims to please and adds food from a local vendor outside. The watering hole also hosts benefits, a dunk tank, free dogs, and a party vibe. It is worth the short drive out of Greensboro or a 7 minutes off the highway. they say the place is a little jewel, a unique and down home place to check out and highly recommend going back.
