“Fantastic place! I ordered hot tea and a few pastries. Everything was delicious! We are newer to the area and I was looking for a local coffee shop close to my home. Looks like my wish came true!”

“Thank You Scott for all the kindness you showed my daughter, and I! Your customer service was a 100 out of 10! The conversation you had with my daughter and I made a huge impression on her. This conversation took place while making our families subs. He asked all the questions. Didn't rush us paid attention to what was said! All with a smile upon his face, a pep in his step. He didn't rush us or make us feel awkward for ordering 3 different subs. This was seriously the least anxiety stricken Subway trip ever for me. And all of our subs were correct!

1 ~ After starting a conversation with her with her about the new Lilo and Stitch and listening to her while she told you about the new Frozen movie and how special Elsa is to her sister and our family and then about Bubblegum.

2 ~ You asked her what kind of sub she wanted and listened intently as she chose all of her toppings! She was especially impressed with you turning the sub around to make sure you had put enough black olives on it for it!

3 ~ You spoke to the gentleman when he came in as well! And helped the young lady that works with you! My daughter notices acts of kindness. And you complimented her sandwich. But that fact that you listened and asked her approval and complimented her taste, you made her feel like a big girl!
Afterward, she told me the last time she went to a different location, and the woman asked her great grandmother instead of her. When she told the lady,she acted as if she wasn't there answering the questions, ignoring her because she was too little.

4 ~ Thank you for being so kind and engaging with your customers! The customer service was spot on! And one more thing that drives our whole interaction tonight home.
As we were walking out the door, my daughter said "Mom when I grow up and have a son, I will name him Scott."And I hope he has a big smile, to greet everyone with, and I hope he is ad happy and nice as this Subway Scott!"

The service can generally be okay, but 1 bartender really needed to suck it up and be less attitudinal and impatient with another patron on the last visit. As a witness to the whole situation, she definitely was not being hospitable or attentive to some patrons. I get it. All of us have stressful days, but you have to leave it behind for each new customer and show your best face because it isn't for you (other than tips) but for the business.”

“Sat at the bar to a kid the 30-40 minute wait and had a phenomenal experience. Our burgers were amazing and cooked perfectly. When my husband’s blood sugar was crashing while we were waiting on our appetizers, The server was quick to grab him some crackers and a few fries to hold him over and the drinks were constantly filled without having to wait or call anyone down. Overall great experience.”

“I stumbled across this place on a trip for work a month ago and HAD to make a day trip today! It’s the cutest location tucked away (moving soon in same building to have seating capacity and expansion! The people are the nicest! I called explaining that the cookies I bought had been so wonderful that I had to return for more, which was no problem because by the time I got there, he had me a fresh dozen that he just baked and were taking them from the oven! I had gotten the cookies for coworkers and tried a bite myself!
I drove an hour and a half today back here!
Let me tell you, the BEST chocolate chip cookies I ever had tasted! I’m not even a sweet’s person but these cookies taste amazing! My coworker told me that he literally was licking his cookie because it was so delicious! We also picked up some gluten free lemon blueberry scones for our pastor’s wife! I’ll be returning again once they open with seating to try out the amazing breakfast sandwiches that I’ve read about! Mmmmm Worth the trip!

I noticed the gentleman waiting on the other table, and he was even better. I can see the people take pride in what's going on in the restaurant. My meal was also good. Never in a million years would I mix pickled cucumbers with calamari, but, I must say it was so good together. The shrimp and grits were loaded with flavor although I would have opted for less sauce if I had known. But great tastes altogether. I will return and I absolutely recommend it. Special thanks to my waitress although I dont remember her name.”
