“A group of 12 was in our party and we received the best customer service around. Normally we would stop at the place across the street but we decided to give them a try . Hands down 10 out of 10! Service was amazing 5 star treatment at a family own and operated establishment. This is a hidden jewel. Stop by and support. I also noticed that they don’t get much support from the local community as the other do. Just sitting there observing things while our food was being prepared she feed ppl for free but to see the same ppl go across the street to get other items that I know was free is not right.. “We came on a Thursday night which is a slow night in Plymouth. We came in about 7:15ish and seated/ordered quickly and the food came out quickly. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! We aren't fans of country music but I tuned it out because the food was that good!”

“Great place to eat, really good fried chicken and cheaper than KFC, better chicken too, sides were perfectly portioned to compliment the chicken. The shrimp.plate is equally as good too. I plan on going back soon and sampling more of a great menu selection. Usually very crowded, go during off times to avoid the rush.”

“One of the best restaurant managers I've met in over 20 years. I had a problem with online ordering app, no fault of the location, and the Manager...maybe also owner...was right out of the old classic In Search of Excellence with how she handled the situation. Went over and above what she should have done and has a loyal customer for life. She also trained the manager in the Hertferd subway who is also a 10 out of 10 manager and person. Restored my faith in good honest foodservice professionals. Both are examples of how to run a restaurant. This coming from a lifelong chef and restaurant owner kids! Kudos to your team.”

“I was pretty shocked when I went to review this location and saw how low the reviews are. I had a pretty incredible experience here. Where I live we don't have Bojangles but I have been to several in my travels including an airport location.
I arrived here during the breakfast rush and yes, the woman operating the drive thru was VERY unfriendly but I kind of admired her because let's be honest she's there to work not be fake. On the service side it was INCREDIBLE. I ordered, got my food and was on the road in under a minute! I'm not exaggerating. She might be unfriendly but she is EFFICIENT! And my food was AMAZING. Best fast food breakfast ever, no hyperbole. I LOVE that the bacon is crispy and not limp and the rounds are perfect.”

“I can't say enough good things about Occano/Scotch Hall! We traveled there from Raleigh, NC. The golf course was exceptional (as were some of the views), the inn was spectacular, the food and drink were on point; but, the best part of all was the people!! Everyone from Chad, Charlene and the rest of their staff served us like kings! We had played another course prior and unfortunately had left a range finder on one of the carts - the staff at Occano made arrangements to go and get the range finder for us! When they heard that one of us were sponsoring a golf tournament for their special needs son, they were quick to want to help out with sponsoring a team. They really catered to our foursome and made us feel like we were a bunch of A-listers - really top notch service... We will be back - don't hesitate, book with them now, you'll be glad you did!”
