I love Wendy’s chili, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches…but the service always seems to be off! I’m either missing something from my order, have something that I never ordered to begin with, or, like the last time, waiting an extraordinarily long time for a simple order. I literally sat listening to two workers have a conversation while holding my food and drinks in their hands like I wasn’t sitting right there in n the window beside them! Our pit stop at Wendy's on our way back from Corolla, NC, turned into a disappointing experience. Despite the seemingly minimal traffic and zero wait time, the service was disorganized. The only redeeming factor was the young lady who took our order. However, the restroom experience was a nightmare, as depicted in the attached pictures. A tarnish on what could have been a great dine-in experience.
