I had a problem with online ordering app, no fault of the location, and the Manager...maybe also owner...was right out of the old classic In Search of Excellence with how she handled the situation. Went over and above what she should have done and has a loyal customer for life. She also trained the manager in the Hertferd subway who is also a 10 out of 10 manager and person. Restored my faith in good honest foodservice professionals. Both are examples of how to run a restaurant. This coming from a lifelong chef and restaurant owner kids! Kudos to your team.“
