“Pretty fast service, but it seems like the last few times we've visited they've missed a few items from our order. It's quite annoying to have to go all the way back for something that should have been in the bag. Yes, checking before leaving, but we have a large family and I typically skim to see if everything is there. It's usually 1 order of nuggets missing or an order of french fries, etc. Other than that it's decent fast food.“
“I have not been to any Subway in several years. Went to this one for a late dinner. This location was clean. The signage, including the menu board, was easy to read and comprehend. Employee was polite and efficient. I ordered the 6 inch roast beef sub. Food was quickly ready and with good flavor.“
“I arrived, and there were about 5 vehicles ahead of me in the drive thru, so I figured it would be quicker to go inside since I only wanted some Bo-tato rounds. As luck would occur, they only had about 2 rounds on the shelf and had to announce to the cooks they needed more. Still yet, it only took them about 6 minutes to get my food. I needed to add salt and pepper, but they were good!“
“I had an issue with a delivery about a week ago and called. Got a credit on my account, well a few days later the manager Diane called me and wanted to know what happened, with no hesitation she offered to make me straight. The customer service was on spot!!! Definitely will make this my Williamston stop. It doesn't take much to make me happy, but it does take time to reach out to your customers!! Thank you Diane!!! ??“
“For what it is, a fast food restaurant, Cook Out is the best! They have definitely raised their prices quite a bit over the past few years, but it's still a good value. I love that you can customize their milkshakes, although they're not really a milkshake, you really do need a spoon to eat them! Definitely try the Cajun chicken sandwich, it's absolutely delicious!“
“One of the best kfcs for their famous fried chicken. We got the extra crispy an unlike many kfcs minus a few our chicken was hot not greasy and had a really good texture and flavor. I was extra surprised considering it was one of those restaurants serving taco bell and kfc which usually tend to have cruddy fried chicken from my experiences.“
“Picked up a mobile order using curbside. They were very busy as usual at lunch. I didn't wait 5 minutes to get my food. The server was very polite, and the order was correct.Parking: Luckily, I got one of the reserved spots for mobile orders because the parking lot was nearly full.“
“I swear I can't go anywhere in Williamston without having something messed up, I do have to say that the actual customer service of this location was fantastic but when you go to hand someone there order you need to make sure that ENTIRE order is in that bag. I would like to also thank the staff I called them and asked if we could ride back up there and get it and they said yes and even offered to give us a free cinnamon twist for the inconvenience“
“There food is usually splendid. Staff is a mix of happy to be there and I'm ready to go home. The service is the only thing I have to dock them on and that's because I've stood at the counter many times, looked directly at a staff member and not even get so much as a hello. So, the customer service is a little lacking. There are exceptions to that, as there are several staff members that go above and beyond. I've seen the district manager in there many times working her butt off. Overall the food is delicious and has always been fresh (in my experience), and once you've been acknowledged, your service experience is pretty good.“
