It was so nice to get a hamburger that actually looked like the commercials!! Wife and I stopped by after a long doctor day expecting to get a regular, fast food, hamburger and fries....the soggy bun, wilted lettuce, maybe a thin slice of half rotten tomatoe. The very pleasant and nice lady who took our order, and passed us the food, was wonderful. The hamburgers were super good! Horrible customer service. Food cold. Cont acted manager who then attempted to justify nothing but liquid in the chili. Too busy cleaning up, closing down and getting rid of already made, sitting food than customer service and quality. Oh and can’t file a complaint because associate didn’t give receipt and after ordering walked out the door.
