Day before the drop off my mom wanted to confirm our address as Holly insisted she would be able to accommodate dropping it off. We never heard from her. Day of delivery my mom texted again to confirm and was ghosted by this business. It’s unfortunate that lack of reliability and upsetting as a person with allergy restrictions and my partner having restrictions I was so excited to work with this business.
