I was the only one in line and the waitress finally comes up to me and said “what do you want?”. She never greeted me at all but was rude. When my order was ready, the girl threw it on the counter upside down.,Never thanked me was rude. The biscuit and gravy was horrible. I will never eat there again.
I ordered a 20 piece jumbo meal. was told it would take 25 minutes. waited an hour!! The chicken was dry like they took already cooked chicken and refried it. My mashed potatoes were still powdered in the bottom of the container. Didn't get gravy because it was crusted over. I paid $49 for the worst meal I ever received from a Bojangles. DONOT recommend this location. EVER!!!!
Every thing I order was cold.. Sodas flat no napkins no spoon in the bag … The service was terrible
