I went to the drive-through today and ordered a combo meal. I was asked to pull forward while my food was being cooked, and did so. I got halfway to Aberdeen and started eating my meal and my hamburger was completely frozen! I tried to call the restaurant four separate times to complain. Each time the phone was answered and then I was immediately hung up on. Extremely disappointed to say the least!
