Based on the reviews, Halftime Hangout Sports Bar is a new spot with a Southern home town feel and all the sports you could dream of. The atmosphere is beautiful and laid back, with North Carolina teams posted around the establishment, pool tables, and events like trivia night and karaoke. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and kind, with waitresses like Jade taking great care of guests. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Meals like the loaded fries, smashed burger, shrimp and fries basket, patty melt, double smash burger, Gumbo, and Catfish were all great. The French fries were SUPER crispy, and the shrimp was a nice size, very large. The food was well cooked and seasoned perfect. It is a hidden gem with amazing food, drinks, and service that exceeded expectations. This local spot is the perfect sports bar and highly recommended.
