The Corner Cut is a great little shop on Main. Customers love the sandwiches, with many calling them delicious and among the best. The portions are outstanding and generous. Popular choices include the corner cut, the cured classic, the Bahn Mi Fix, and the toasted Southern Comfort sammie. The habanero bacon jam is delicious. The Bahn Mi Fix, with roast beef on a hoagie roll, slaps and is a 10/10 recommend. The tomato & basil soup is divine, with several flavor bursts. The gluten free bread is good. Service is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, with food packaged carefully for carry out. However, consistency can be an issue; the same order is sometimes vastly different in size and taste. One cured classic was a tiny bit dry, and the deviled eggs were a 4 out of 10, not seasoned, with too much mayo and burned bacon. Despite this, the shop has really good potential, and customers will return to try another sandwich.
