Recently, visited this location and as I walked in, it felt like employees didn't want me there. The young lady that eventually took my order at register when to clean the bathrooms and notified employee on drive thru....employee on drive thru didn't even start my food until all cars were gone from drive thru lane was at least 15 minutes after I was just standing waiting on my food. I even did the survey and asked Arbys to reach out to me which they never did so guess used to that service at this location.

Updating my review because I never got my roast beef sandwich! I went there today and told the cashier they owed me a sandwich. She got the manager who asked for a receipt. Well, they never gave me a receipt! I sent an email to the owner 2 weeks ago and never heard from them. Stay away from here as the service really stinks! If you are the owner and reading this give me my roast beef sandwich I ordered and I will change my review.
I ordered the roast beef french dip swiss sandwich with au jus meal and it was very delicious (a bit skimpy with the roast beef) but I never got the regular roast beef sandwich or a receipt. I admit I should have checked my order but was in a rush to get back to my office. Arbys on Wake Forest road can you please give me the regular roast beef sandwich you owe me? If you do I will give you 5 stars!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered Uber Eats. 4 sandwich’s 4 fry’s 2 Mac cheese bowls 2 jomocha shakes Go 4 sandwich’s and 4 fry’s nothing else. I called the store to see if I could just come get the rest of my meal but guess what NO ANSWER! (Figures)

Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru with no other cars ahead of me. Ordered a beef n cheddar and ended up with a plain roast beef, no straw, didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces and no receipt. If you’re gonna be that slow it’d be nice if you could at least get a $13 fast food order correct.

It's took forever to get done and was terrible.. I used to work for Arby's and it but the same food or service..U should've noun when the person I was behind was holding up the line when it was on us two in drive thru and nobody inside.. Just wanted to try the burger and never again..

Bad service in the drive-through. Asked what’s better roast beef sandwich or brisket sandwich. Lead me to the roast beef. Feel like the brisket sandwich would have been way better. Nothing special on the roast beef. First time ever having Arby’s, probably the last time too.
The date and time on my receipt is 3/8/25 @ 4:20pm I left home went straight to Arby’s, went through the drive through and straight home. The food was as usual great but 3 days later I was notified by my credit card company that a charge for a $100 tattoo and a few other $500 charges were tried so we now have to wait for a new card to come. I had not used that card anywhere else before or after my Arby’s visit. Be Careful and check your statements if you use a credit card there. I hope the owner has cameras in there and looks into this problem!
