Wow. Just went through about 10 mins ago. Got 2 rb and cheddar combos. Cost 20 bucks. Barely any fries and guess what? There was a baby cockroach in my bag. Tried to take a pic but he got away through a hole in the bag. It's now in my house.Tried to call and nobody picks up the phone. Thinking about calling the health department. Employees wearing their hair down while handling food too.

The fries were fresh. Quick late lunch bite dine in. They were very busy with drive thru and took a few moments to get waited on but we were acknowledged immediately. The roast beef was good. The fish sandwich was warm crunchy and inviting.

The food is fine, but it was a kid that couldn't stay steel, just running around seat by seat. It's having cold by Chance, and I don't think a coworker is not Professional Clearly no social skills are provided or to be professional toward your customer.

There were only two people working that I saw, as I walked in I was thinking that my order was going to take forever to to my surprise the lady at the front counter was hustling and I was out of there at a reasonable time. Sales person was very friendly. Philly sandwich was messy and not very well made. It was cheesy for no reason. Drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Tea was spilling on the floor and floor was sticky. Several employees were present without many customers. No napkins were given or offered with my order.Parking: Parking lot is like a Motorcross track. VERY hilly and uneven throughout the entire lot.

This Arby's is terrible. I've tried to like it 3 times but the service is ridiculous and workers are just standing around goofing off. I placed my order online for the first time yesterday. When I pull up to the drive thru, I'm told I have to come in and get my food. When I ask why, he said, "Its just the rules. I don't make the rules. I didn't appreciate his rudeness, so I go in, my food is right there and 3 employees standing around. I don't know why they couldn't have handed it to me through the window. The whole experience was frustrating. I don't be back to this location.

I haven’t been here since they remodeled. It looks good. However attention to the dining room is lacking. The floor by the drink machine is sticky. I mentioned that the catsup machine was out, but no one did anything while I was there eating in. The cashier was very customer focused. Maybe he’s the only one.
