Yet another restaurant that doesn’t believe in training! Person at register had zero clue what she was doing. Tried the new angus cheesesteak sandwich, nothing like cheese out of a can! 🤮 Save your $$$
First time ever eating at Arby’s. The food was way pricier than I expected for fast food, but I still enjoyed the brisket bowl and cherry turnover. Also, Naheema was such a sweetheart, and I definitely appreciated her friendly service.
1st let me say it was 3 young men working. It took a moment but want dare complain, because watching them work numerous stations to get the orders out was amazing. So glad potatoe cakes are back. I stopped just for that. Highly disappointed as they tasted like they were cooked in really old grease because they left an a greasy after taste in my mouth. But kudos to the hustle of the young me to keep the doors open to serve the customers.

While the service can be quick, some orders may be messy and not well-made. The drink station and parking lot require attention to cleanliness and maintenance. However, the friendly staff makes up for some of the shortcomings, creating a decent option for a late bite.
The portions are small, with a large drink being like a small one, which can be disappointing. The food is good, but customers may have to wait for their order to be brought outside. The staff is generally helpful, with one exceptional employee praised for their excellent customer service and southern hospitality.
Occasionally, there can be issues between employees that negatively impact the dining environment, which may make it less suitable for families with children.
