This place used to be a great restaurant. My recent visit in June 2025 I was disappointed. Backyard Burgers certainly lost their spirit. Customer service has been replaced by a kiosk machine that takes your order. Any real interactions between staff and customer, the quality has been reduced and is similar to McDonald's. I do not recommend.

The burgers were on point. The staff were friendly. The only suggestion I would make is if you ask for extra onions make sure you say extra extra or you get one ring. That is not a negative just a suggestion.

This was our first time at a Backyard Burgers and it didn't disappoint! The burgers tasted like something that you'd cook at home on the grill with a ton of flavor, juicy, and a good size! I had the Southwest BBQ Bacon and my boyfriend got the Steakhouse Burger. The seasoned fries are delicious too. Everything came out hot and fresh quickly.
