They don’t know how to server a customer. I had been waiting for 20 minutes for 3 chicken legs, Fries and a drink, and they even got it wrong when they came to give me my food! These are kids working here, they are constantly goofing off, and don’t pay attention to their customers. The managers need to get their people in check.

I went here today and the lady in the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. While taking orders they rush you. I never have a problem with the guy that stands outside and takes your order.

This is my go to for fast food. I've only had two bad experiences. Ordered the chicken biscuit to be made fresh i was given a cold sandwich instead. Order my usual chicken wings and the wings were blood bruised so badly. Other than that everything is always fresh & good. I would say don't over season the fries and Bo Rounds and listen to your customers when they ask for freshly made food. Other than that it would have been 5 stars for me
I have never had hot fresh food from this Bojangles besides early in the morning. I’m talking about 530 when they first open. I work overnight having food that is not fresh and that’s the meal you have up that night is so disappointing.

My first time ever to this franchise. People told me that I had to come here. So prior to my flight I decided to have lunch here. I watched a few YouTube videos and decided to try what people recommended. It was ok and I did not finish my order. Next time I will order their fried chicken with the mac and cheese.

Went the other day for dinner everything was cold went inside and the manager Tonya was very helpful she replaced my bo-rounds immediately with fresh ones and upgraded them to a large then i went to place another order and she gave me that for free i didn't expect that cause i was ready to pay but i was grateful for the good customer service and because of that i will be be back!

Imagine this scenario.You’re sick, you don’t feel like cooking and think picking something up for your son and yourself would really help things. You’re both hungry.You place an order online and because you’re sick, you avoid going inside because, you have a fever. You inform them at the drive thru you placed an order online and normally you’d go in to pick it up but you’re sick. After the dude with glasses is annoyed already at your request, instructs you to pull around. Then they hand you someone else’s order, you don’t realize it until you’re waiting for your drinks and they seem confused. You then have to show them your order again and hand over your phone. Then the rude man says you have to come in. You then reiterate you’re sick, have a fever and don’t feel like coming in. This order was for pickup, why does it HAVE to be picked up inside? I can’t tell you how many restaurants I have been to that have no issues with you picking up online orders in drive thru, some even require it specifically after a certain time of day.Then after being even more annoyed they tell you, “it’s not ready yet, just park over there and we’ll bring it out to you.” After 15 minutes, your suspicions are realized that they are indeed punishing you for ordering online and having the audacity to use the drive thru!You go inside and pick it up and they act like they’re just packing it up. You get home, you only live across the street, and the food is cold! Your suspicions are reconfirmed. You dared order online and tried to think of others’ well-being and avoid the possibility of spreading whatever unpleasant illness you’re carrying. There was this nasty bug a few years ago, can’t put my finger on it, but people used to take it serious!This was my scenario today.Needless to say, after being nearly a daily regular to this location, after being treated this way, I won’t be back. Also, I’m seeing a trend in the comments. It seems this same guy has had several complaints and Bojangles I guess ignores it because I guess this is how they treat their customers.
