Seems they might be “temporarily closed” and I seriously hope they don’t open back up, someone else takes the awesome location. The few times they have been open, the employees have been rude and seem to have a “better than thou” feel. Oh well. Hit House Creek around the corner.

Great selection of wine and beer. Nice atmosphere for those seeking to sit, drink and have conversation. Weekends, live music, usually a duo or trio. VERY nice to be able to sit outside and music will be outside as well in good weather. Russ is really swell and you will enjoy yourself. Children and dogs are more than welcome.

Came here for a beer they advertised having. They didn't answer the phone when I called to verify. Went anyway, they didn't have it. The canned beers they did have were old, some over a year. That's a dead IPA. Total wine dates are not even that bad. Do better.

We LOVE the Mixx - It's our go to hangout on chill weekend ends and/or Wednesday nights after work. Their wine club is an excellent deal and has opened our pallet to new wines and regions we would not have purchased otherwise. If you have the chance, sign up for one of their private events they are phenomenal!

My wife and two adult children visited The Mixx after a coworker recommended the spot. The location, parking, selection and wine were all good. The problem was the customer service.
We specifically went for $5 Wine Wednesday and were pleased with the wines we chose. When we arrived, the two people behind the bar/counter barely said hello. Usually, at small businesses I expect a warmer greeting. We reviewed the overhead menu and the two attendees just looked at us. We were hoping they would ask what we normally drank or maybe offered a small sample. Neither of those happened
We made our selection with little assistance from the attendants. They poured the wine and THEN asked for the IDs of our children. Seemed backwards to me.
The Mixx closes at 9pm so why did the background music stop at 8:50? It’s like they didn’t want us there. No worries, we won’t return.

Fun casual spot for a nice variety of draft beers (they do serve wine and spirits as well). Indoor and outdoor seating, convenient spot for get togethers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice "wine room" that could be used for receptions.
