I was trying to attend my friend's 13 year olds birthday party here, but since I didn't have an ID on me I couldn't go in, even though I had zero intention of buying any alcohol, and I'm very obviously over 21 🙄 the woman working at the door was horribly rude as well

Several other businesses to have fun at while getting a similar atmosphere+food at this point!
Very unfortunate to see that they have increased the price for coins from 4 per 1$ to 3 per 1$. Especially with it not being publicised anywhere. Will not visit as often anymore

Had a very good time visiting Raleigh for the first time. Pretty nice after a certain hour, only adults can enter. Their drinks were a really good price and the overall adult experience took me back to my 90's teen gamer days.

My husband and I had a great time visiting the Boxcar Bar + Arcade. The atmosphere/vibe is great and a fun place to be. The games and drinks are reasonably priced. We definitely got our money's worth. My husband got the Guinness and he kept complimenting how smooth the drink was.
Our favorite game was the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure game. The gaming cabinet art was beautiful. And we made a special trip from out of town just for this game. It was a great time and the arcade was even more fun than I expected! This place has so much to look forward to: ski ball, classic arcade games, pinball machines, air hockey, newer games, claw machines (I won 4 rubber ducks in a row), etc. And many other options!
This place would make a great date night for anyone looking to have a fun time!

The arcade machine dont read your coins sometimes and have to constantly go to waiter for more coins..bar was good service amd drinks. Atmosphere was nice with loud music playing.
