We had a wonderful time, and the food was excellent. We did feel that the music was too loud, and we all felt instrumental would have been a better choice. We had to strain to hear each other over the noise (we were seated near the speakers). Our server was very friendly, but she spilled hot water on my elderly mother in law ... twice.
The quality of the food was great. Food choices were varied and what was offered interested many different people. The ball room looked beautiful, colorful, an ice sculpture as a centerpiece as you entered, all so appropriate for an Easter celebration.
Was glad to be able to enjoy a fine Christmas Day dinner at Braise. Was our first visit and the availability of a buffet smorgasbord made for a pleasurable experience. Staff was very good considering they were working on Christmas day. Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements. Would definitely come back again.
