Got a simple bagel with egg and cream cheese, and they charged $10 for it. Definitely not worth that much.

Everything was cold and disgusting. And they gave me a wrong order with plain undercooked bagel. I wanted poppy seeds. Overall avacado was gross and the turkey sausage and little amount of egg whites. Shut this place down please.

Not all Bruegger's locations are created equal, and although the Hillsborough location is the most convenient I find myself driving to Brier Creek for a bagel instead. The bagels at Hillsborough are seriously undercooked which could be remedied with a good toasting before serving to the customer - but alas are not. There are very few things as satisfying in this world as a good, toasted bagel with smear. If only this Bruegger's would adequately toast their bagels so it didn't feel like raw dough with cream cheese!

This is a good solid bagel place open at 6am which is important. I didn’t find it quite up to Montreal or NYC standards but that’s an unreasonable bar to measure against. Thanks for a good breakfast.

We ordered two egg, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. The sausage was very bland and the sandwiches were not warm, like they had been sitting for a while. We also ordered the bagel bundle which we hope is better because we have always loved Brueggers. Next time, though, may opt for an egg McMuffin.

Not gonna lie, this was probably the worst bagel I ever had in my life. I ordered a plain untoasted bagel with jelly and the outside of it is rubbery and hard to eat. I can't imagine what a toasted bagel would be like. The only positive is that the price was good and the customer service was good, but the bagel was trash.

Only time I've been, and I get only 5 bagels in my half dozen, in which I paid for six, and I didn't notice til I'd made it home and they were already closed. Of course they didn't give me the receipt either, so I have no proof of anything, but I'm very upset. I know Ben was the one packaging the bagels, but don't remember the cashier's name.

Came in they told me I couldn’t order eggs for my bagel because they didn’t feel like making them and cleaning it up. complete joke

i went here for the first time as I am an avid brueggers fan in cary. safe to say the bagel i picked up was incomparable to the brueggers brand I am used to. I picked up so I have nothing to say about the service or atmosphere, all I know is that my first bite sent a fight or flight response down my body, which I would later find out is my instincts telling me not to eat this thing. the bagel itself was tiny, uneven and nothing like I am used to, the bacon was basically raw and the eggs were GREEN????? it wasnt even a busy time for them so I am unsure what happened. the place also looked a little dirty for the brief moment I was there, but never could I imagine paying almost 10 dollars for this rotten object. While I am writing this I am attempting everything to get the rotten taste out of my mouth. disgraceful to not just brueggers but to cuisine itself. go to the Preston Corner location.
**i have sent out a refund and complaint to the website directly as i am concerned for the health of the poor college students eating here
**update 2: naturally i recieved a refund for my sandwich but i am seriously doubting if this place will get any better!!!!

If you're thinking about trying this location out it's unsanitary in so many ways. As I'm writing this review this was my first & Last time & would gladly recommend that you go anywhere, but here !! They don't wear hairnets , the manager on Thursday mornings named Alexis is very unprofessional, as I sat down to eat there wasn't one table that was clean prior to sitting down as I was having my food made, the kitchen space was very disturbing to look at for many reasons.
Seeing that keeping a clean workspace environment for customers and providing a worth returning experience means nothin to their OVERALL COMPANY . Which I will be talking over with a higher level of management because this was absolutely My worst experience with this company for it to be only my first time.

Ordered 3 egg, turkey sausage, and cheese bagels. None of them came with turkey sausage. Disappointing.

Honestly grossed out that I ate what I was served. Two bagel sandwiches both had ingredients missing and discolored eggs.

Staff is rude and does not address you. Clearly very behind with online orders and did not notice when someone went behind the counter. Stood there waiting as the only people in line without being acknowledged.

Don't come here when they about to close. 1:30pm to 2pm, they service sucks. The place looks a mess, n I can't get a DARKLY TOASTED BAGEL for nothing. When I come here early, or late. They just don't want me to enjoy a bagel the way I Wish. I feel robbed! I normally like this place. N rushed over here bc they were about to close. Next time I'll just go to Burger King. I can get so much more for my money, with way better service.
