“Went for the first time today. Since we were unfamiliar with everything we asked questions and recommendations. Extremely helpful staff that explained the menu in detail. Our daughter got a burger, my wife got the steak sandwich and I got the 3 meat platter. We ended up sharing everything with each other and we all loved the food. We definitely left with to go bags. “Visited June 19th, very busy but the owner and employee were very nice and tried their best to get drinks out in a timely manner! Although they were out of a few things they offered us other options and I greatly appreciate the positive attitude they had although it must have been very stressful. Their drinks are amazing and fresh, I definitely recommend to come try! I love the mochi strawberry milk, strawberry slush and banana Oat milk! They're so good! All with boba. They also have a punch system where you can get a free drink!“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“Overall the experience was good , the workers were really nice and complimented my jewelry <3 , they were quick to bring me what i ordered. The boba in my opinion gets too much backlash , i myself wouldnt come here every week for boba but it isnt a bad place for boba , the tapioca was a bit too sweet for my liking and gave me a weird taste but i believe its because i hadnt mixed it up right and after my boba tasted fine , it wasnt too sweet and you could always adjust it , I do believe the dubai chocolate cups are a bit overrated here if you arent exactly fanatic about strawberries , if i could i probably would recommend getting the chocolate bar instead since the strawberry taste overpowered most of anything , and it just tasted like basic chocolate and strawberries , it does come in a decent size and i got full after a few bites , not my thing but i believe others would like it.“

“We LOVE Bowlba Cafe!!! The food is delicious…. the Cashu buns appetizer and Pad Thai chicken are my favorites so far. (I like my Pad Thai with extra bean sprouts added.) I also love the melon bubble tea with boba. It is a cute little restaurant, the food is excellent the prices are reasonable, and the service is great! We’ve only recently discovered this place, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to go for a quick delicious meal. ❤️“

“The service was excellent. Our server was very patient. We went to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday and she and the kids took a minute to choose their boba teas. He did not rush us and was very kind. Our orders came out quickly and everything was correct. The ramen and gyozu were delicious.“
