This place had everything! 10/10 For those expecting to eat with chopsticks not all rices are made for eating with chopsticks so don't give mediocre reviews just because you could not enjoy your meal with chopsticks. That being said, this place and guasaca are the only two places that serve amazing food with FLAVOR. They actually have fresh products and their portions are amazing. My boyfriends brought me here for the third time and our experience keeps getting better and better. Everyone at the store was kind and patient, I recommend this place 10/10. Worth trying out if you’re in the area and hungry! Lol

First time trying bulbox was at white oak in Garner and their food was amazing! I thought I was getting the same thing today for my second time and it just wasn’t hitting the same. I’m glad white oak gave me my first experience. This place has good service though.

I eat here almost daily since moving to NC for my PhD. They have reasonable prices and the food is very good. Plenty of options but once I found my favorite combination of byob (build your own box) I have stuck with it and found the quality is consistently good.

Wanted to try vegan options but they were out of spring roll. Tried veggie dumplings. They were greasy and bland. No flavor at all. Sauce was flat soy nothing special. Do not recommend

Very good, as a customer you have many customization options for your bowls, maybe a little too much. I spend a good 7 minutes deciding what I wanted since I had to learn how everything works and analyze all the options. The bowl was very delicious and it lasted me almost 2 meals, sauces were amazing. A little pricey but I would definetly come back. I didn't eat in the lobby but it looked like a nice place to eat with friends.

It’s a hit or miss kindof place depending on what you order. If you find something you like and only order that one thing, then you’ll probably enjoy. Bad experience trying new menu items. Also, the chicken cutlet is a party, not a true cutlet even though they change $15 for that bowl. Bulgogi fries taste awesome though.
