First time trying bulbox was at white oak in Garner and their food was amazing! I thought I was getting the same thing today for my second time and it just wasn’t hitting the same. I’m glad white oak gave me my first experience. This place has good service though.

I eat here almost daily since moving to NC for my PhD. They have reasonable prices and the food is very good. Plenty of options but once I found my favorite combination of byob (build your own box) I have stuck with it and found the quality is consistently good.

Very good, as a customer you have many customization options for your bowls, maybe a little too much. I spend a good 7 minutes deciding what I wanted since I had to learn how everything works and analyze all the options. The bowl was very delicious and it lasted me almost 2 meals, sauces were amazing. A little pricey but I would definetly come back. I didn't eat in the lobby but it looked like a nice place to eat with friends.
It’s a hit or miss kindof place depending on what you order. If you find something you like and only order that one thing, then you’ll probably enjoy. Bad experience trying new menu items. Also, the chicken cutlet is a party, not a true cutlet even though they change $15 for that bowl. Bulgogi fries taste awesome though.

I got the Seoul Box on white rice. The beef and other toppings were good, but the rice wasn't. I was expecting sticky short grain rice, but their rice is difficult to pick up with chopsticks and has a slightly hard texture. The food isn't bad, but if you're expecting fluffy Asian-style rice, you might be disappointed.

Customer service was an A plus he was really nice and helped when you didn’t know what to get and explained the ingredients. I saw him helping the person in front of me. The food is also really good and we had a fun talk with the cashier. The music is also good and the seating area with the decorations! Will come here again.
