The worst sea food store I ever see. The customer service is Terrible. The fish is so so so old and no fresh at ALL I had som whiting fish look terrible ( been taken back and forth to the fridge 100s times) see the picture below. I don’t recommend any one to take any thing from there.also I’m thinking to complain to the food and health department about this matter to go and visit this store. because those people want to take us to the hospital!!!
I have given this place the benefit of the doubt twice. I have purchased fish twice each time smelled horrible. Not only that management customer service is horrible. The only person that was sweet and accommodating was one of the employees. I went today to give a third try. This gentleman who is generally so sweet acted like he was scared to speak to me due to my last complaint. The energy was off maybe management got on him. The female manager or the owners son. I went to JunSeafood ordered trout. Customer was awesome fish was fresh. I will not go back to this establishment again. It's bad to sell old stinking fish, but to have bad customer service...I work hard for my money and I do not have to give it to you when other places are customer service friendly with fresher fish.
The service was efficient, the fish, fresh, and the employees were friendly.
It's not the best food truck experience. Food is not seasoned well. Fish market is on point for fresh seafood.
My first time ordering from the food truck. I ordered a bag of gizzards. They were cooked fresh. I normally get my fresh blue crabs here.
I loved it, my friend and I didn't have to wait long on our food and the food was delicious ?
Good variety of fresh seafood
The staff is great, service was great and the prices are great, the food was great. Thanks
Nice amd clean with good looking fresh fish. Very helpful staff and they'll even cook up your seafood for you on site
Spent $35 on Halibut and when we got home and opened the wrapping it smelled so bad it made us gag. Impossible to return today for refund due to other appointments. Had to throw this fish into the garbage. Can you imagine? First and last time we’re going to Capital Seafood!

Capitol Seafood has the freshest fish that I have found anywhere around Raleigh.
Best Rock Fish ever today!!! Nice staff!!
I bought fish for $40.00 that they said would be filleted and skinned. It took 20 minutes for them to prepare the fish and wrap them. When I got the fish home and unwrapped them they were a mangled mess with internal organs mixed in and uneatable. Would not recommend this store.
I bought head-on shrimp. They are fresh and are said to be from local waters. The market has lots of supplies for frying fish and making hush puppies. The market has an impressive variety of fresh fish. However, the salmon all looks to be farm raised very light in color not dark pink like wild caught. The market has a. slight fishy smell which for me is a bit off putting. But it is otherwise very clean and all of the fish is well iced. I recommend it if you are looking for fresh fish.
The best fish and really fresh
