Ray and Catering Concepts is the absolute best! Ray is always professional, courteous, and considerate! We have had the privilege to utilize the services more than once now and each time he is on time, kind, and just down to earth. We had food catered for our rehearsal dinner as well as a birthday lunch and it has been such a smooth experience! Ray is an all-around great person to work with! The food is always excellent and our guest have always been so appreciative of the selection. Thank you so much for being available and always ready to serve!!

Ray and his team go above and beyond!!! We booked Ray for our wedding catering and had full trust in him and his team from our first phone call. Ray (& Hibachi Xpress) were perfect for our holiday party. We had plenty of food! Most people were able to get seconds, and did so quite quickly! Ray was prompt, easy to work with, and checked in along the way to make sure everything was going to plan! I would highly recommend Hibachi Xpress!

We worked with Ray at Catering Concepts for our wedding. He was very accommodating to allergies and special requests. We talked thoroughly about our expectations and every one was meet! Our guests enjoyed the food and continue to talk about the unique buffet a week later!

The staff was punctual, professional and helpful. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend to others! We were so pleased to have them be a part of our daughter’s wedding day.

We asked Mr. Chow to cater a dinner for our school staff at the end of the year. He did a fabulous job, and the food was delicious. All the items he brought were disposable, making clean-up at the event's end a breeze. The amount and quality of the food we received far exceeded our expectations, and we even had enough for a few plates of leftovers. We will reach out again for service.

Everything came off as planned and arriving on time was very refreshing as well as time it took to set up

Ray Chow with Catering Concepts did our Holiday Party for about 70 people and did an absolute great job. He was there exactly at the time we requested, he brought everything that was needed for the meal all we did was throw everything away after we finished. The food was incredible, the meats were tender, juicy and great flavor, the sides were delicious, and we had plenty of food with leftovers for those that wanted to take some home. I had many of the staff ask who catered it because they said they loved the food. Kudos to Ray for providing such great service and wonderful food to make our party a true success. V Jones

We used Ray for our son's wedding reception. The bride & groom requested Mexican fare and Ray along with his team knocked it out of the park. Everything was delicious, set up beautifully & just all around perfect. We'd use him again in a heartbeat!

Hibachi night was amazing!! Thank you for bringing this to my neighborhood. So affordable too. We all enjoyed it!

The food is very good & the amount giving is amazing nice and hot & the wait wasn’t long got my food in under 15 minutes I will e ordering from here again ?
