RTC catered our wedding ceremony. We are so satisfied with the quality of the food and service. The staff was so professional and kind. Our guests were impressed by the level of service that was provided. The food actually tasted better when plated for the service than it did at the actual tasting. If we need catering in the future, RTC will be our top consideration.
I cannot speak highly enough of Rocky Top Catering and specifically of Vicki Tong and the service that she delivered on our wedding day! We had our wedding at The Upchurch recently and Rocky Top blew away our expectations. We chose Rocky Top for our black-tie wedding, and they delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
