Everthng was great. I spoke with the manager Travis Day and he was so polite and helpful. A true service expert. Being someone who is a manger in the industry you truly have a gem in Travis. The restaurant was comfortable and the service was excellent. The food was too of the line.

Travis at this Cava made my experience great. He was friendly and fast. I appreciate that (at least this) Cava does not assume a tip upon payment at register. I offered Travis a cash tip and he politely declined. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend, showed up at 9:15, not 9:55, no line, stood there for a couple minutes, employee was doing some cleaning, looked at me, and just shook his head. So I walked out. No problem, went next door to Torchy’s, they were happy to take my money.

The manager with locs and a wonderful smile with glasses served me the best bowl ever and it was full and overall fresh; the grill cook d’angleo made everything fresh too!

Have ordered takeout from this Cava several times and they never get my order right. The food is also always cold by the time we get it home. Not room temperature, actually cold. There are better places in Raleigh to get Mediterranean bowls.

I ordered take out and the service and food there was excellent. I got attended by a worker there named Trey and he was nothing but nice to me. I went home to enjoy my food and I enjoyed my food. The food tasted fresh and it was very flavorful. I rate it a 10/10 and I would eat from that place again.

First time in cava had some trouble understanding the menu but a employee name Tre was wonderful. He gave me some good recommendations and great service. Will be returning again. Definitely recommend if wanting to try new food ?

Super rude! be sure to pickup your order at the pickup time or 5min earlier can be possible. If you’re early by any chance, you’ll have to wait until pickup time and yet something will be missing in your order, lid won’t close properly. Don’t see myself coming here again!

Food is okay…different vibe so it’s worth checking out at least once. However, the people working here are bland, distasteful & borderline rude. They do not make the customer feel welcome to the establishment which is paramount for “chipotle” serving styles. Work in the back of McDonald’s if you don’t know how to properly provide a pleasant experience.

I was so happy with my food in my service. I came two days in a row. Yesterday I DoorDash, and since I had some issues trying to add some stuff on the website, I called and spoke to a gentleman named J. He was so nice and helping me out with my DoorDash order which most restaurants don’t really do He was so nice at all the sauces I needed and everything else extra that I needed I told him I really really appreciated him for that… I actually came after my shift that same day just to order some more pita chips because I’m hooked, lol. And the staff was so nice and accommodating the tall gentleman that was making the pita chips was so nice and charming And made my pita chips fantastic lol. I will definitely be back to this place Also, me and my job DoorDash some more again today and the food was phenomenal Thank you guys very very much Very happy customer here :-)
