Everthng was great. I spoke with the manager Travis Day and he was so polite and helpful. A true service expert. Being someone who is a manger in the industry you truly have a gem in Travis. The restaurant was comfortable and the service was excellent. The food was too of the line.
Travis at this Cava made my experience great. He was friendly and fast. I appreciate that (at least this) Cava does not assume a tip upon payment at register. I offered Travis a cash tip and he politely declined. Highly recommend!
I love CAVA and visit at least once a week. This week, Day gave me some of the best service I've ever experienced here. Very personable, kind, and thoughtful! This might be my favorite location! Thanks Day for all your help ??
