Since recently working in Raleigh this is my goto lunch spot, staff are very friendly and informative of what is what even taking some of their recommendations when it comes to toppings/sauces and they haven't missed yet. Somehow I get the same woman every time taking/making my order and she's a delight to deal with after fighting traffic. Team seems to be just that, a well oiled team who take pride in what they do. Please keep up the good work
Place def has terrible customer service. I walked in and they either just stare at you without asking how they can help or they just continue their conversation without acknowledging u as a customer. All it takes is a few seconds to say hey we'll be with you in one moment. Its sad. Customer service training needs to come back everywhere!
My first time at a Cava and this location is wonderful. Clean efficient and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa was very helpful and kind. Thank you to this location for a great first impression.
