Mannnn….had a bad experience yesterday in a Chic-Fil-a…normally you get the great services with greetings and great manners….that wasn’t the case yesterday… went in and it was ghetto like a bojangles in the hood …we was thrown off..the employees was about to fight each other and they was talking junk to us like “hurry up and come to the register so we can take y’all’s orders so we can roll y’all up on outta here” I was like WHAT IN WORLD…I was like boys let’s just order and get up outta here I don’t feel safe…smh…so NCA&T Chic-fil-a on campus is garbage for service and professionalism‼️

The worse service ever!! Everyone is rude! The consistency will get your order wrong. The parking lot is complete mayhem…and if you are minority they will blatantly ignore you and go to the next person that looks like them! Don’t support this establishment! There are other locations that give much better customer service and quality food! The food was cold, hard and WRONG!!! Do yourself a favor and drive past this location!
