Unprofessional HR staff.
Will NEVER visit this establishment. A black woman’s natural hair is uprofessional? How does something that grows out of your head naturally be unprofessional? I suggest your employees go back to some sensitivity trainings and educate themselves on hair. There’s history there, especially black hair. Inform yourselves of styles. No way they got their degree in anything HR related.
