Is this even real chicken atp? Need I say more? Every time I order this, it’s the chicken gets smaller each time. Every since re-opening the food hasn’t been nearly as good

The manager on hand was very rude and not accommodating for someone with disabilities and asked me to move after I had my minor child walk in and wanted to see him walking into the store. He then proceeded to ignore me when I asked him for his name and he walked away, he has wispy short, medium short, blonde hair And was about 5'4 medium build. It was at around 530 on February 28.
This was absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory towards a person with disabilities

This location is poorly run in handling online orders. They don’t have any real manager in charge to handle any issues that arise. They did not process my order, no food was given to me and no one was in charge to refund my order, or cancel the order, which means no one is in charge here or they are all simply poorly trained employees.

Employees there are unprofessional one of the employees saw his ex with her next boyfriend and bit one of her chicken nuggets and didn’t give her the right order that’s disgusting and unsanitary

I eat here almost every day. I always get the same thing. The staff are wonderful and the quality of the food is always great… except >>>the fries quality has gone from 100 to 0 very quickly. I could make a meal out of just the fries but now they have absolutely no flavor. They’re horrible.<<<Please bring back the old fries, increase the price for god sake just bring back the old fries!

Went into redeem free sandwich coupon last evening just after 8 pm. Girl at counter says if you are here for a free sandwich we are out. Usually chic fil a is well known for customer service but not tonight. No offer of any substitute or product or coupon at all.
Really bad experience . Why offer this over a busy weekend and they are closed on Sunday.

Parking: Handy location on/off the busy street.

I arrived at 9:15 am on 1/21, car thermostat says it's 21 degrees F outside and this poor worker is having to stand outside and take orders. I understand outside work is expected at Chick-fil-A but this is inhumane. I was informed they do 30min rotations but that there was no manager there at the time. And if there were, I doubt management is part of that rotation, going to stand out in the cold for 30 mins. You have speakers/boards to take orders with. Use those when temperatures are at this extremely low levels. This is very poor treatment of your employees. Be better please. Employee safety and health should be paramount.

Management needs to tighten up this place. The people outside act like they can’t help you. The inside looks like the blind leading the blind. The kids are clueless. The leadership is terrible. Definitely Check your order before you pull off.

Came in Early in the evening when i asked for a southwest salad i was given wrong salad. Luckily the shift manager Joseph Was able to correct the mistakes and hooked me up with a free salad and a brownie ! Definitely shows alot of hospitality and effort at this location !

I was having a horrible day so the one place I know where everyone is always friendly and welcoming I go. I was not welcomed, ignored, and then when I’m helped and served it felt like they were pushing me out.

Since they have reopened they have really dropped their service. The drive thru at peak times is very slow. They have forgotten how to pull people forward when their order is not ready or complicated. They just make you wait in line behind the car in front of you till they are done. They walked a few orders down the line to give out but still made us all wait till the person at the window got their order minutes later. VERY SLOW DRIVE THRU if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.
