I’m very disappointed. We order from y’all through doordash almost 3-4 times per week and something is always missing. We don’t order at peak time. Today we weren’t given any condiments at all including straws, napkins, forks, sauces or Splenda. How hard is it to read the order. I’m very disappointed. What is the problem???????? Can someone please respond to me.
We order delivery (directly from them, not DoorDash) and they consistently forget at least one thing.
They don’t answer if you call when you get the order, and it is difficult to get a refund for the items they leave out.
Tipping well and adding a note asking them to not forget items does no good.
They just can’t get it right at this location.
