I haven’t ordered the grilled chicken sandwich in awhile. Had one the other day - it consisted mainly of the bun and a pile of overcooked bacon. A small piece of chicken was underneath (nowhere close to the generous portion this sandwich previously had). The fries were different too and not in a good way.

For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to make time to stop by this Chili’s for lunch, and today I finally did — it was absolutely worth the wait. The food was great, fresh, and full of flavor.
What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our needs from the moment we walked in. It’s not every day you receive service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed and taken care of.

This is specifically for the person who makes the Ancho Salmon. I have ordered it several times. Sometimes in person and sometimes through DoorDash. It is always SO good. Y'all need to give this person a raise immediately. I hope both sides of their pillow are always cool and they hit every green light on the way home from work. If the person who makes the Ancho Salmon feels a little tickle, it's just me giving you a forehead kiss telepathically. xoxo
